Fourteen seconds is forever
Someone with a leak isn't waiting fourteen seconds for your site to open. They hit back and call the next name on the list. That's a job you never knew you lost.
Websites for plumbers, roofers, landscapers & home services
$100 a month. Nothing up front. We build the site, send you a link, and you only say yes if you like it. Most agencies want $5,000 before they start — a price set back when a website took six weeks and three people to build.
No setup fee · No contract · Cancel any time
Why we do it this way
A blog listed the “best contractor websites of 2026”. We put five of them through Google's own free testing tool. They look great. Here's what a customer actually runs into.
| The site | Trade | How long it takes to open on a phone | Pages Google knows about | Does Google know their hours & phone? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Award winner “A” | Roofing | 14.3 sec | 3 | No |
| Award winner “B” | HVAC & plumbing | 6.5 sec | 5 | No |
| Award winner “C” | Plumbing | 3.3 sec | 0 | No |
| Award winner “D” | Roofing & siding | — | 1 | No |
| Built by Gentry | Landscaping | 2.4 sec | 420 | Yes |
Someone with a leak isn't waiting fourteen seconds for your site to open. They hit back and call the next name on the list. That's a job you never knew you lost.
If Google only knows about three pages, those are the only searches you can show up for. Someone typing “gutter repair in Plymouth” needs a page about gutter repair in Plymouth. That's why the site we built has 420 pages instead of 3.
Your hours, phone number and the towns you cover have to be written into the site in a way Google reads. Four of these five never bothered. It's free, and it's the difference between showing up in the map results and not.
Every number above came from Google's own free speed test and each site's own list of pages, checked in August 2026. You can run the same test on your website in about a minute — ask us and we'll send you yours. We're not naming the businesses; the point isn't that they're bad at their trade. They were sold a website built to be looked at, not to be found.
How it works
Nothing to write, nothing to learn, and no bill until you've seen it.
01
What you do, the towns you cover, your phone number. Two minutes on your phone. We use photos of your actual work — never stock pictures of someone else's.
02
We build the whole thing and text you a private link. Look at it in the van, at the kitchen table, whenever. Don't like something? Say so and we change it. Still nothing to pay.
03
We put it on your web address and keep it running — hosting, security, updates, all included. On the Growth plan it gets checked every single day and you get a plain-English report each month.
See one
We built two demonstration sites for a plumbing company that doesn't exist, so you can see exactly what you'd be getting before you talk to anyone. They're the real thing, not pictures of the real thing — open them on your phone and use them like a customer would.
The whole business on a single screen: what they do, the work, reviews, and a way to get hold of them. Scroll to the bottom and the phone button follows you the whole way.
Separate pages for services, water heaters, past projects, financing and the team — which is what lets you show up for “water heater repair” instead of just your company name.
Summit Plumbing Co. is not a real company. We invented it so we could show you finished work without putting a customer's business on display. The photos are stock and the reviews are written examples — both are labelled as such on the pages themselves. Your site would use photographs of your own jobs and reviews from your own customers.
Pricing
Not “waived this month”, not a discount that quietly ends. There is no setup fee, and there is no contract. If it isn't working for you, stop paying and walk away.

Add to any plan
That box that comes up on Google with your phone number, hours, photos and reviews when someone nearby searches for your trade — we set it up properly, keep it current, help you get more reviews, and tell you each month what moved. Already included on Growth.
$400/month
Add it onPrices are before tax. Hosting, security and small changes are included on every plan — there is nothing else to buy. We can't promise you'll rank number one on Google, and anyone who does is lying to you. What we promise is that the work gets done, gets measured, and you see the numbers.
Get started
Takes about two minutes. Nothing is charged until you approve the plan.
Questions
Correct. $0 to build, on every plan. We'd rather earn the monthly payment by doing a good job than take a lump sum and disappear — which is the part of this most contractors have already been burned by once.
Yours. It's registered in your name. If you ever leave us, you take it with you — we're not holding it hostage to keep you paying.
Nobody can honestly promise that, and if someone does, walk away. Google cares a lot about how close you are to the person searching, and nothing anyone sells you changes where your business sits. What we can do is everything that is in our control — and show you a monthly report of what actually moved.
Usually a few days. You get a private link first and we change whatever you want before it goes anywhere near your web address or your customers.
Stop any time — there's no contract to get out of. Your web address stays yours. Our cancellation terms spell out exactly what happens to the site.
No. You answer a few questions about your business — trade, towns, phone number — and that's the last thing we need from you. No logins to remember, no software to learn. If you want something changed, you text us and we change it.
On the Growth plan, software goes over your site and your Google listing daily: is it still loading fast, is anything broken, has anyone changed your listing without telling you. It doesn't touch anything on its own — it flags what it finds and a person decides. You get the summary once a month.
