Gentry builds, hosts, and maintains websites for local and service businesses. We want this site — and the sites we build for our customers — to work for as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. Gentry is a Launch Media company.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA where reasonably achievable. We are not claiming full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and parts of a website — especially content and images supplied by a business owner, or tools embedded from other companies — can fall short of the standard.

What we build in by default

Every website we build starts from the same foundation:

If an accessibility problem is reported on a site we built, we treat it as a fix — not a feature request.

Known limitations

We want to be honest about the places where a site may not meet the standard:

How we test

We use a combination of automated checks and manual review — keyboard-only walkthroughs, contrast checks, and page-structure review. Automated tools cannot catch everything, so reports from real people are genuinely valuable to us.

Reporting an accessibility problem

If any part of this site or a site we built for you is difficult or impossible to use, tell us. It helps if you can include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using — but please write to us either way.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and to work with you on a fix or an accessible alternative. If something takes longer to fix, we'll tell you where it stands.

Changes to this statement

If we update this statement, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.
